What if you have to cancel your Dave Marshall Tennis package?
To advise us of any cancellation, send us an email at Support@DaveMarshallTennis.com Include your name, arrival date, the order number from your original booking confirmation, and a note that you are cancelling. You should receive an acknowledgment back from us within 24 hours. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, we did not receive your cancellation.
Cancellation of Tennis Clinics
More than 7 days prior to arrival - We will credit the amounts paid for Tennis Clinic(s) towards future clinics if you follow this procedure.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival - Again, we will credit the amounts paid for Tennis Clinic(s) towards future clinics if you follow the above procedure and phone the tennis center at 302-526-5111 to advise that you need to cancel.
Cancellation of Accommodations Cancellation penalties apply as follows:
Cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival date - no fee
Cancellations received between 4 days and 7 days prior to arrival date - 1 night penalty
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival date - 2 night penalty
