What happens next?: Within 48 hours of you having made your booking request on this site, Dana Flickinger of Long and Foster (our partner) will email you a lease to sign. Dana will also arrange for keys and local information packets and discount.
Additional fees: Estimate about 12-15% more for Delaware Occupancy Taxes, security insurance, etc.
Special note: Because Delaware Law requires us to get you to sign a lease before a condo/villa is leased there is a teeny chance of us having to make a substitute. In that case we will absolutely make sure that you see photo's and accept the substitute. This has not happened yet, but we are required to make sure you understand that the possibility exists.
